To ensure quality control in production process and product quality, we synchronise the implementation of continuous control through SAP system, with scope of controlling starting from raw material until finished product, based on production process requirement and finished product requirement as determined by customers. Our laboratory has been proven and trusted by customers in conducting analysis accurately and precisely using high technology of analysis instrumentation and able to publish Certficate of Analysis (COA) independently. The achievement is supported by competent human resource who has capability to perform analytical work as well as maintain routine analysis instrumentation. In response to customer requests, we continuously carry out corrective development intensively and comprehensively for the quality of product through a program called Quality Patrol.
