Tayan, 28 September 2022. PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina held consultative session for Small & Medium Enterprises (UMKM) businesses in Kawat Village, Tayan Hilir District. The activity was held collaboration with the Sanggau District Health Office, Babinsa/Babinkamtibmas, Tayan Hilir District and the Kawat Village Office.

PT ICA expected the session could augment UMKM businesses' ability in having clean, safe and healthy food processing practice. During the session, participants also learnt procedures in obtaining licenses and permits related to food processing industry. In addition PT ICA reiterated its commitment in supporting UMKM businesses. The Head of Kawat Village asked the Kawat Village UMKM businesses to take benefit of this event.
