The Management Trainee Program is a structured and comprehensive program that provides opportunities for selected young graduates to accelerate careers in the Company and prepare themselves to become a future leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or Law with minimum GPA 3.20.

• Maximum age 25 years old.

• Having solid knowledge in operating Microsoft Office.

• Actively fluent in English both oral and written.

• Having good communication skills (oral and written).

• Preferably domiciled in West Kalimantan and willing to work on site at Tayan, West Kalimantan.
